Cookie Policy

Effective date: August 6, 2026.

1. Scope

This policy explains the cookies, browser storage, scripts, pixels and similar technologies used on curtydigital.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies operate the site, protect the contact form and remember the visitor's privacy choice. They do not require acceptance of optional analytics.

• Curty consent preference — local storage: the key curty_consent_v1 records whether optional analytics was allowed or declined, the preference version and its dates. It is first-party browser storage, is used only to remember the choice and expires after 12 months.
• Cloudflare hosting and security: Cloudflare processes network and security information needed to serve and protect the website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: the contact page runs anti-bot challenges and returns a short-lived token that the server validates. Cloudflare documents a five-minute token lifetime. The current site code does not intentionally enable Turnstile pre-clearance; if that configuration changes, this policy will be updated to describe the resulting cf_clearance cookie.

3. Optional analytics

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NXC4PH3D) is the site's tag-management service. It is blocked by default and loads only after the visitor selects “Allow analytics.” Google Consent Mode v2 defaults analytics and advertising storage to denied. GTM may then receive standard HTTP request logs and service diagnostics; Google states that its standard GTM request logs are deleted within 14 days. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Tools, including Meta Pixel, are not active production tags at this policy date. Optional analytics or advertising tags must not be published until they are added to this policy, assigned the correct consent category and tested against the visitor's choice. If Google Analytics is later enabled, its first-party cookies and configured retention will be listed here before activation.

4. Your choice

The first notice provides “Necessary only” and “Allow analytics” at the same level. Choosing necessary technologies only does not restrict site access or the contact form. You can reopen the notice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing analytics consent updates the Google consent signal, prevents GTM from loading on the next page load and removes common first-party Google Analytics cookies if present.

Consent is requested again when the stored preference expires or when a material change requires a new choice.

5. Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies and site storage in browser settings. Browser deletion may cause the consent notice to appear again. Blocking necessary security resources may prevent the contact form from working correctly.

6. Changes and contact

We update this policy when a tag, purpose, provider, cookie, storage key or retention period changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
